Eastern Kentucky Flood Relief

On July 27th, areas in eastern Kentucky experienced historic flooding due to heavy rains. Though flood waters are beginning to recede, the people of eastern Kentucky will need help rebuilding for the next several months.

Letcher County – Donation Needs

  • The General Store – Needs: bottled water, diapers, baby food, toiletries, cleaning supplies
  • Neon Volunteer Fire Department – Needs: bottled water, cleaning supplies

Floyd County – Donation Needs

  • The Mountain Muse (call 606-276-1828 or 606-276-7232 first) – Needs: clothing, bottled water, nonperishable food, hygiene products
