Outside the Spotlight is celebrating their 20th anniversary this Saturday with a special concert featuring the Frode Gjerstad Quartet and Steve Swell! The performance will be held in the President’s Room of the Singletary Center for the Arts, with doors opening at 7pm and the show starting at 7:30pm.
